Successfully launched a fully functional company website and established active social media presence across TikTok (54 followers), YouTube (8 subscribers), LinkedIn (31 followers, 25 connections), and Facebook (11 followers, 146 friends). Significantly improved brand visibility and accessibility to services.
Supported eight youth farmers operating on a 10-acre field under guided supervision. Crop production (6 youth): Pepper (3 acres), Pawpaw (2 acres), Plantain (1 acre), Cocoa (1 acre), Maize (2 acres). Aquaculture (2 youth): Catfish production with 10,000 fish capacity. Provided hands-on farming experience and market orientation.
Delivered three major contracts: Splash Farms (60-acre pineapple, GlobalG.A.P support), NKASST Enterprise (mango export documentation to Dubai and Netherlands), and EuroAfrica Cultivators (400 acres sweet potato and pineapple, GlobalG.A.P and GRASP certification with full internal audits).
Established produce aggregation arrangement with market women for pepper, maize, and smoked catfish. Formed strategic supply partnership with In The Box (pop-up culinary brand) for catfish supply. Created reliable market access for farm produce within the Ourgriculture network.
Evolved into a structured 6-member organization with Administration & Finance Officer, Farm Operations Lead, 2 Field Support staff, Digital Media Manager, and Founder/Director leading programs. Services divided into 4 arms: Certification, Training, Trading, and Farm Management.
Trained staff of EuroAfrica Cultivators, Splash Farms, and NKASST Enterprise in hygiene, food safety, IPM, first aid, and record keeping. Conducted youth sessions with partner companies and YMCA Ghana (Tema), reaching over 130 young people. At least four participants started backyard vegetable farms post-training.
