The training is a hybrid model with online theory sessions and in-person practicals at our designated farm sites in the Greater Accra region.
Classes are typically held twice a week for 2 hours each, allowing flexibility for other commitments.
Our focus is on empowerment to start your own business or be job-ready. While we don’t guarantee jobs, we provide a strong mentorship network and potential access to Ourgriculture’s trade platform.
Graduates join our alumni network with access to mentorship. There is also an option for an additional 6-month incubation where we provide inputs and split profits to help you start your venture.
