Concept & Vision Formation

Ourgriculture Ltd was conceived out of a clear need to make agriculture more accessible, structured, and attractive—especially for young people. Drawing on over a decade of hands-on farming, agronomy, and agricultural consulting experience, the Founder identified critical gaps in youth engagement, farm compliance, and market readiness within Ghana's agricultural sector.

Legal Registration & Strategic Positioning

Ourgriculture Ltd was formally registered as a legal entity in Ghana. The company focused on defining its core service pillars—Certification & Documentation, Training, Trading, and Farm Development—and positioning itself as a solution-oriented agribusiness support company rather than a traditional farm alone.

2023 - 2024

Capacity Building & Systems Preparation

Ourgriculture operated in a preparatory phase focused on strengthening internal capacity. This period involved refining technical expertise, building professional networks, studying certification frameworks such as GlobalG.A.P and GRASP, and developing internal systems to support future service delivery.

Operational Launch & Digital Presence

Ourgriculture transitioned fully into active operations. The company launched a functional website and established a digital presence across social media platforms, significantly improving visibility and engagement. This marked the official public-facing launch of Ourgriculture's services and programs.

Service Delivery, Partnerships & Impact Expansion

Ourgriculture delivered multiple high-impact services across Ghana, securing certification and documentation contracts supporting over 400 acres of pineapple, sweet potato, and mango production. Services included GlobalG.A.P and GRASP compliance support, internal audits, export documentation, and staff training. Training programs reached over 130 youth employees and community members.

2025 - Present

Organisational Growth & Youth Agripreneurship Focus

Ourgriculture evolved from a founder-led initiative into a structured organisation with a core team of 5–6 staff. The company supported eight youth-led farm and aquaculture projects on a 10-acre field, reinforcing its commitment to practical youth agripreneurship. Today, Ourgriculture Ltd is positioned as a growing force in sustainable agriculture, certification support, and youth empowerment in Ghana.
